Possible Coupon For $10 Off Purchases Of $10+ From JCPenney

Just a heads up for those of you that are signed up for JCPenney emails. I’ve had lots of readers email me saying that they received a coupon from JCPenney good for $10 off purchases of $10 of more. This should make for AWESOME deals. The title of the email is “A Letter And Gift From Our CEO” and it’s from jcpenney@jcpenneyem.com in case you want to search for it.

    Is there a time linit after which I signed up but no email with offers. Also provided my email on the bottom left corner. does it take hrs/days for that email to arrive afetr u signed up?
